You know, I have had the distinct nightmare of having to work with people who normally were highly technically competent but at times, dangerous, expensive and morale-devastatingly times — go off into hyper defensive surly and vicious mode in defense of a really bad analysis or plan such as seems to be the case here.
For some reason they find it radioactive. Not sure why, just sure that truth is truth and truthfully -- the cert is a fake. And sure that it's better to stand with a truth even when everyone ridicules it, than stand with a lie no matter how pleasing is it to everybody.
The first Birth Certificate was posted on KOS June 12, 2008
>>>>Under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, the FEC must certify that to the Treasury Dept. that a candidate meets the statutory eligibility requirements to receive matching funds. The matching funds opt-out by Obama means the FEC will not have to do this.
That had it’s own thread. I believe pissant was the one who posted it back in...June? That is also when fight the smears launched.
Willful ignorance
Hmmmmm. The plot is getting thicker with each passing day, and the so called conservative media (NR, Weekly Standard, WSJ, Fox, etc) are MIA and covering for the marxist quisling.
Can’t seem to find that thread — looked through pissant’s threads back to mid-May. Searched on FEC and matching.
The first serious stories began about June 10, if I recall. There were some stories earlier, but it began to gain momentum during the week of June 9.
My first post was on this thread back on June 10.

And the monies went out through ACORN affiliated voter activism groups.
The MSM gag on Obama makes me think blackmail.
I saw threads on it that were under Blogger Conspiracy. They weren’t all started by Pissant.
Fascinating. I wonder if we’re going to learn the truth about this before Denver.

***I’m not sure how we could get the story to break. Maybe we should open up a thread where we ask individual freepers within each state if they’re willing to take it on themselves to file suit in their own state (basically this election is a 50-state event rather than a single federal event). This takes time, money, wherewhithal. In addition, someone could reopen another petition website — the one that was originally set up was targeted by violent Obama supporters.
Obama supporters drove this guy to close his web site
http://www.birthcertificatenow.com/
The web site was a petition for showing support for Obama to release his birth certificate.
Here is the message the site owner posted:
Petition Closed A veiled threat was made against myself and my family which included our home address, so I have decided to close the petition for good. It is truly sad that political discourse in our country has come to this.
Apparently Atlas Shrugs’ birth certificate guru, Techdude, had a rabbit mutilated and hanged on his front porch and his car vandalized. The brownshirts are out in force.
I was not the one who posted that info, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express. ;o)
This is better than Spitzergate.
The petition site master is a whiner. Why? The blurb “t is truly sad that political discourse in our country has come to this.”
No sense of political history in America. We are rarely murderous for politics and power — especially considered in history, but we have always had a political vanguard of the violent.
For instance — the movie famous Dead Rabbits gang of New York City in the mid 1800’s were paid thug enforcers for the politicians of Tammany Hall. See http://www.yamaguchy.netfirms.com/7897401/myers/tammany/tammany_21.html
I was mistaken. And that was not me at that Holiday Inn with you :))
That Larry Sinclair guy was threatened too, no?
And related.
Many times. Worse, it looks like Dem operatives are pulling the strings on a grand jury indictment in Delaware. It is quite the drama playing out. All completely ignored by the media, of course.
