If this is true then it leads me to believe that Barack Sr. and Stanley Ann were never married. Otherwise Barack Sr. would have had to give up all rights to Barack Jr. and I doubt that he would have done that.

Obama may never have had to produce his birth certificate to get a passport. As a baby, he would have been included in his mother’s passport as a “family passport”. Whoever took her application may not have required her baby’s BC — it’s the ‘60s, she’s white, the daddy’s black, and it’s not like the kid will ever run for president. I think what it would do is harden the lines between the marxist wing of the DNC and...the rest of America. I can’t begin to guess at the legalities involved- but it would mean the end of his candidacy, practically if not literally.
That is...if he revoked it. And just who will investigate this I wonder. ;)
And probably the same with his Kenyan and Indonesian passports one of which he likely used on his recently revealed trip to Pakistan.
