Everyone knows soldiers vote overwhelming Republican.Except for the black soldiers (as a group). They will likely vote in the opposite direction, though less heavily so than blacks in civilian life.

The problem is, so stated by others here on FR, that a good percentage of voters out there is so ignorant that that they think that Congress is still run by the Republicans!
