I thought about expanding the list to include all the policies that are economically destructive. Like Amnesty. But the list would be very long and I wanted to center it solely on policies that are directly concerned with energy.

If I ever saw someone spitting on a soldier, I would spare the soldier the need to deal with all the paperwork that follows the beating of a civilian and take care of the jerk myself.
