Top recipients of Fannie/Freddie donations:

#1 Chris Dodd
#2 John Kerry
#3 Barack Obama
#4 HIllary Clinton

For the record, that's two Democratic presidential nominees, two also-ran presidential candidates including Hillary Clinton, at least the second most significant Democrat in the country.

Whoever is in charge of bringing the Democrat Party brand down to the level of the Republican Party brand in the minds of American voters, WAKE UP! This is your golden opportunity. Hello, RNC, anybody home?

Maybe.... or not. According to Open Secrets, McCain has received $11,750 from Freddie Mac, (vice Obama's $18,400).

They don't give an amount for Fannie Mae contributions, though to miss being on the list, McCain's amount would have to be less than $16,000 or so.... And Obama was evidently given about $88,000.

Obama is vulnerable on this, but the fact that McCain benefited from any contributions at all would probably dampen the media impact of the issue.

Not when you consider who ran them into the ground- Dem bigwigs like Raines and Gorelick.

In a sane world...those four Demos would be on trial for taking kickbacks.

Palin should say that while President McCain is busy saving the
USA and The World...
a major part of her work as Vice President will to be hunt down and
bring to justice the Jeffrey Skilling/Ken Lays of the Freddie Mac
and Fanny Mae debacle.
Regardless of whether they are Democrats, Republicans, Independents
or just avaricious Kleptocrats.
