Is Obama a U.S. Citizen? NO! If he truly was a citizen the birth certificate would have been cleared by now.
Has Barack Hussein Obama’s eligibility been settled for his Senate seat? What about PRESIDENT? Where is his Birth Certificate? How can he ‘run’ if his Birth Certificate isssue is still unresolved?
Yeah, you can't even get a driver's lisence without a birth certificate. How on earth can you run for president if you don't have to submit your birth certificate? Especially since it's in the Constitution that you have to be born in the U.S. in order to be president.
He has a US passport so he cleared whatever hurdles the state dept. had. Unless he got it not on the up and up.
having a US passport means nothing. An American parent can petition for one even if the birth occurred on foreign soil. I gained my US passport because my parents became naturalized citizens before my 16th birthday.
Shouldn’t we let him run? It looks like (and hopefully it won’t change) that he will lose.
He allegedly at the age of 20 traveled to to the middle east on his Indonesian passport!!!

Why is it he cannot find it? What if after he is elected it’s found out that his birth certificate is fake and he’s not really American?
8 USC 1409 (c) Notwithstanding the provision of subsection (a) of this section, a person born, after December 23, 1952, outside the United States and out of wedlock shall be held to have acquired at birth the nationality status of his mother, if the mother had the nationality of the United States at the time of such person’s birth, and if the mother had previously been physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year.
So regardless of where Senator Obama was born, since he's certainly a bastard, he's certainly eligible for the presidency.
Interesting point. At the same time, a forged birth certificate is still a crime. His sisters BC apparently was used to look like his. Thus, at least two should be prosecuted, and it is a scandal.
So after BO gets basted over his mocking a tortured war hero for not writing emails, and once he’s thoroughly tarred and feathered over his sex ed for kindergarteners, if there’s any flesh left on his hide, this can peel some more off.
Its a crime if he did it, but good luck proving that. Even if he masterminded a conspiracy to forge the birth certificate, there would be cutouts in both Chicago and Hawaii insulating him from personal knowledge or responsibility. I don’t know what kind of jail time forging a birth certificate will get you, but his money guys could throw millions to any fall guy needed to keep his mouth shut.
But there’s no way in Hades he did any such thing. Obama taught at one of the top 2 or 3 law schools in the country, he’s a smart enough to know the law (and to know his parents weren’t legally married). What motive would he have to forge a birth certificate that he knew he didn’t have to?

Great answer, and truly amazing to me. I wonder why that hasn't been FULLY discussed - at least on Fox News? And then there's a question of the authenticity of the Birth Certificate, too. If he was legally compliant, why all the questions on the authenticity of his birth certificate?
My wife has a US passport and she was born in Taiwan. All on the up & up. The issue isn’t whether Obama is a citizen, it’s whether he’s natural born under the constitutional requirement of eligibility for president.

All he has to do is produce the birth certificate. Why all the rigamarole? Why the forgery on his website? Because he wasn’t born here.
Whether BO did it isn’t my point. His sister’s birth certificate is reportedly involed. Someone close to his campaign broke the law. I also have to ask why? What is the Obama campaign hiding?
Um, what if he is a citizen and his baby daddy is the commie-mentor ‘Frank’ as in “Dreams of My Father” and not the Kenyan whom he later claimed his namesake?
