Here is video of an interview Gov. Sarah Palin did with CBS News Anchor Katie Couric, which aired tonight on the CBS Evening News. . . . (see video at link)

I guarantee you not a single ‘reporter’ would ask Joe Biden to give specific examples of ‘change’ Obama has accomplished.
Man, that was snarky that first part about the McCain aide. Imagine these idiots asking 0bama about Ayers.
Overall, she did an excellent job. Couric was pulling Gibson with the legislative question. What else do you expect from the MSM.
She did great in this interview too. They had “this” left after their evil editing job? I hope one day we get to see the unedited version and how badly comrade Couric was mauled. As was, it looked like Couric said “I know big words...” and Sarah said, “yeah.. me too.” Complete draw after the edits. Wonder how much blood was drawn in the raw video.
Man, could Katie look more pinch-faced and snotty?
Sarah is awesome and she really left katie looking like an old sourpuss.
Even after all the heavy editing. You go girl.
Actually, Katie, I can give you an example, but it might be a little bit abstract for you. John McCain voted for Campaign Finance Reform. In fact, his name is on the bill, McCain Feingold. That bill, in essence, regulated the political process as well as the first amendment. Do I agree with that bill? No, I don't support any bill that restricts freedom of speech. I don't expect to agree with John McCain on everything, nor he with me. But that is an example, and a pretty big one, where John McCain actually worked and passed regulation.
Wow, Couric could not contain her disdain for Palin on her face. The way her lips pursed, I thought she was going to spit at her! (side hint to Couric, pursing your lips like that rally highlights the mouth wrinkles).
Palin had just given an example of McCain seeking regulation on Freddie and Fannie, in 2005!
It would be great to see one of these news outlets push Biden on naming Obama’s specific accomplishments in the Senate or even as a State-level Congressman.
WOW.. Aww poor Katie was ticked off.. What a face! haha!
She is a pinch-faced snot.
I’m laughing at the soft lighting for Katie, and none for the Gov.
WHAT A WARNING AND CALL TO ACTION TWO YEARS AGO WASN'T ENOUGH?
What a pissy question.
Other than being elected Governor and Mayor have you ever been elected to anything?
Other than riding down the street yelling “The British are Coming” what ELSE did Paul Revere do to further the American revolution that night?
“If Palin were smart...”
You don’t think she’s smart?
Sarah is Strong. In the end the MSM will be the one’s to crumble. Oh Wait! They already are!
If this is the treatment she’s getting as a VP candidate, think of the “snarky factor” she’ll receive if she ever runs for President. :0
The press would go nuts.
Does Couric always squint and blink at people all the time? Its very distracting.
Sarah you need to bone up on Mccans record so they can’t play gotcha with you.
I was thinking the same thing when I was watching this ridiculous interivew
It’s good she’s going through this now. It’s the epitomy of a baptism by fire if she ever runs for national office.
Loved how the Gov ticked off Katie about her boy Obama!
“Americans are waiting to see what John McCain....”
Katie: “but, but, but.....
No offense but it doesn’t get more national than Vice President. In fact its one of only two truly national offices.
I’m saying if they lose and she runs on her own in the future.
The sentiment in your tagline is why the commie DNC alphabet networks are selling out to try and destroy Governor Palin ... they cannot swallow their commie koolaid fast enough. Their fear has a stench all its own, even beyond the democrap party stench.
No! Katie is a pinch faced anal sphinchter! Remember her live video colonoscopy, sure was prettier than looking at her sour face!
The Libs scream about alleged over paid CEO’s, but have no problem with ouric getting paid $60 Million for a couple of years reading a Teleprompter, Good God!
This stupid quest for regulation is what got us into this situation today. Why are people looking at more of it? And to say that there is no regulation in DC is totally ridiculous, that is all they do.
The answer is to point out that we have a number of government agencies with big budgets and way too many laws on the books for this to happen, and sorry but regulation has failed. Palin is sounding like a Populist, it is time to talk tough and defend capitalism. Geez.
It’s interesting that this last question about McCain’s record hasn’t been blown up more in the MSM and lefty blogs. I don’t look at them much, has there been much reaction to it?
Overall, I think Sarah did good, but she does need to bone up a bit more. She’ll get there...
I think Sarah did no damage here. But I can sense that Sarah was not being the real Sarah.
One of my biggest fear is that Mccain will destroy Sarah. It now looks like a certainty.
Wow, it has been years since I saw her on TV, but she was a total B(*&$. Did Charles Gibson give a little training.
I loved Katies face when Sarah did the blowing in the wind demonstration!
Sorry, meant to say smart in the sense to dish it right back at Katie.
Couric had a truly malevolent look, the same when she later asked McCain about Palin using the word “depression”. Gibson was snobbish and condescending, but Couric was mean and petty.
It wasn’t like she directly contradicted a McCain issue position, such as Biden saying “no coal plants in the U.S.” after Obvama had expressed support for clean coal technology.
It wasn’t like she cost McCain votes with the United Mine Workers likeBiden cost Obama. And in a key battleground state like Pennsylvania, fer Pete’s sake.
Nobody is gonna destroy that gal! I liked the down-to-earth way she handled some of Couric's ridiculous questions. She talks like a real person and not some over-rehearsed, over-pampered Beltway politician.
She's a conservative. Most likely, she feels the same way about McCain as many here on this forum do. And now she has to defend his record. No wonder she doesn't have ready answers. How many here could defend McCain's record?
Nellie Olsen — LOL!
