Bill Clinton Blames Dems for Financial Meltdown

How much more proof do we need that Bill Clinton wants to take Obama out? In an interview this morning he says he liked Bush’s “clear” statement last night, knows McCain isn’t postponing the debates because he’s afraid of Obama given that McCain wanted many debates this summer (this was raised twice by Clinton), and then he pins the Fannie and Freddie mess squarely on Congressional Democrats for bucking what he and the Republicans wanted to do to monitor those companies.

Also, is it just me, or does Bubba have the W.C. Fields thing going on in a big way?

No question in my mind. After Obambi played the race card on him and basically slimed him like he is now doing to McCain, I imagine Bill would like nothing more than to see him lose.

Don’t know....but rumors are still out there that Biden will drop out (last I heard was health reasons, but whatever) and Hillary will step in. isn’t possible this late in the game, is it?

Rush was all over this too...it’s ALL the Democrats fault going back to Carter and certainly Clinton. Now that it behooves Bill to pin the tail on his own party, it’s hilarious to hear Madam Pelosi yammering on and on about how it’s “all Bush’s fault”.

I’m just hoping to yet see Bill on TV sporting a PUMA pin. Or better yet, a McCain-Palin one!

Not to get too conspiratorial, but is it possible that McCain, Biden and the Clintons have cooked up some sort of deal between them? The uniformed Democrats scuttle USS Obama, and then RINO President McCain provides them with key positions in his administration and then bows out in 2012 letting Hillary go to the front of the line.

Probably not, but it would explain the otherwise inexplicable actions of Biden and Wild Bill.

Team Clinton has not only thrown 0bama under the bus, but those in the Dem party that gleefully welcomed 0bama as the new "leader" now have a great view of the oil pan too.

Pictures with 0bama after their "lunch meeting" and Bill's tepid "I will campaign for 0bama in the future," made it quite obious that Bill wanted his "throne" back.

You do have to admire Bill Clinton’s consistency. He has always looked out for #1, and he has always played for keeps. The Dems thought those attributes were great when he was in office. They find them less charming this morning.
