His Name Is Ryan David Jopek
The phoniness was hard to disguise as Barack Obama attempted to invoke the me too tactic in last nights debate.
After McCain talked about the bracelet given to him by the mother of a slain soldier, Obama mentioned that he had one, too.
Unfortunately, he couldnt recall the name of the solder, Ryan David Jopek, and to had to read the name off the bracelet. How could this be possible? Obama was given the bracelet by Sgt. Jopeks mother in February of this year. So, for the last seven months that he has allegedly been wearing this bracelet, he never had the inclination to remember who he was honoring. This reeks of hypocrisy.
Obama: Jim, let me just make a point. Ive got a bracelet, too. (Looks up, adjusts wrist, looks down at wrist) Obama: From sergeant uh.. (adjusts wrist) uh, from the mother of sergeant Ryan David Jopek (phonetic).
Once again we get a clear picture of the real Obama. Once again we are reminded that they are not just words, they are his words.
“How could this be possible?”
Too many drugs at a young age.
It was one “me too” too many.
I’d be willing to bet that Sgt. Jopek would be pretty pissed off right now had he seen what happened last night.
Is this on YouTube??
Revolting.
But I sure bet it appealed to the ‘anti military” crowd of the left...after all, how important was that young man to them, that died for our country.
If I was Ryan’s mother I would catch Obama at the next press conference and ask for the bracelt back!
It needs to be.
I wonder if there are any pics of him wearing it on the campaign trail, or if it had been languishing in the mailroom until right before the debate?
Being a clueless empty suit with no one telling him what to say.
He might have just worn the bracelet for this one occasion. Given his opposition to the war, I don’t believe he would have anything to do with anything associated with the war.
I wonder why the soldier’s mother would give it to Nobama anyway. No disrespect to her as I certainly dont know her intentions. But it just seems sad to have this nothing of a man, this suit not even fit to wipe the greenest recruit’s boots wearing a bracelet that should be to honor the soldier.
