"LOL...local marshall, I dont think so....its MARTIAL..." Well, you know the rules. Display your weapons in a non-offensive posture. That's what the Cubans did in their side of Newark in '67. They had no problemos. Nothing got burned down there. The National Guard saw them and decided they weren't needed there. The Puerto Ricans in Irvington too.
Martial Law was declared before.
