Calling all Christians to prayer at least ONE MINUTE NIGHTLY:
With God all things are possible:
Do you believe we can take God at His word, call upon His name, then stand back and watch His wonders unfold? This scripture gives Christians, ownership of this land and the ability to call upon God to heal it. I challenge you to do that.
II Chronicles 7:14: 'If my people, which are called by my name shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.'
During WWII, there was an advisor to Churchill, who organized a group of people who dropped what they were doing every night at a prescribed hour for one minute, to collectively pray for the safety of England, its people and peace. This had an amazing effect, as bombing stopped.
There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America.
The United States of America, and our citizens, need prayer more than ever!!! If you would like to participate, each evening at 9:00 P.M. Eastern Time (8 PM Central, 7 PM Mountain, 6 PM Pacific), stop whatever you're doing, and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, for peace in the world, the upcoming election, that the Bible will remain the basis for the laws governing our land, and that Christianity will grow in the U.S.
Someone said if people really understood the full extent of the power we have available through prayer, we might be speechless. Our prayers are the most powerful asset we have. Thank you.

It appears that you believe what the liberal media is telling the public. Don’t you know that the Satan is the prince of the air. So don’t believe what you hear or read from the liberal media.
God knows everything but He also wants us to have godly leaders. Obama is not one them.
So put on you spiritual eyeglasses and fight the good fight if not stay aside and let the spirit of the Lord work through His children.

I think the first group of people organizing this may be hard to locate especailly if they were, for example, a group of friends and not some big organization. I can tell you, though, it has grown very big so it is more of a grass roots effort of people organizing it. I did some research to find out where it began. There are so many Christian groups and bloggers out there circulating a post simialar to this that I would say all the people who are circulating it are THE GROUP of people organizing it. I did find one group who posted it as a way to pray for our troops: (http://www.circleofprayer.org/circle/a4d2602251934d502b7b64cce4590f88/) but I don’t know who took that and then organized it to include the elections. If you tell your friends and they tell their friends and they tell their friends...it becomes difficult to find out who started this. I am glad God’s people want to pray. This is awesome. Also, thankfully, many people are praying more than a minute a day... Still, this prayer is really cool when you think of it because this is a way for all believers to stop at the same time each day and join together in one group prayer. If you would like to participate: each evening at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (8:00 PM Central, 7:00 PM Mountain, 6:00 PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, for peace in the world, and even the up-coming election for conservatives to be voted in and liberals to be voted out. From the 2nd chapter of the book of Daniel, after God had given him the interpretation to Nebuchadnezzar’s dream:
17 Then Daniel returned to his house and explained the matter to his friends Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah.
18 He urged them to plead for mercy from the God of heaven concerning this mystery, so that he and his friends might not be executed with the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
19 During the night the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a vision. Then Daniel praised the God of heaven
20 and said:
“Praise be to the name of God for ever and ever;
wisdom and power are his.
21 He changes times and seasons;
he sets up kings and deposes them.
He gives wisdom to the wise
and knowledge to the discerning.
22 He reveals deep and hidden things;
he knows what lies in darkness,

you have made known to me what we asked of you,

I will continue to pray for His hand on this nation and on this election. I will not simply sit back and take whatever happens without a fight.
