Barack Hussein Obama’s Hussy? Democrats, not Republicans are spreading a rumor about Michelle Obama’s anger about an alleged secret squeeze of the Obamessiah. A staffer of Barry’s from the 2004 election cycle has been relocated to Martinique because of an alleged affair that Michelle Obama found out about.

What is the issue? Are not Muslims entitled to multiple wives?

Are not Muslims entitled to multiple wives?

As long as they're no younger than nine years old.

Maybe that’s why McCain pointedly said he was a “good family man”. [and “citizen”]

This is from HillBuzz, a pro Hillary web site. I thought it was pretty funny, considering the source.

Who is Vera Baker?

Some people in Chicago claim she was Obama’s Finance Director for his 2004 Senate campaign. FEC Senate campaign records show she was paid a pretty penny as “Finance Director”.

However, people familiar with Obama’s 2004 Senate campaign say Claire Serdiuk was Obama’s Finance Director. Looking through everything we can see online for that 2004 campaign, Claire Serdiuk is consistently listed as the Finance Director - because that’s what she was.

There’s no mention of Vera Baker…but Vera Baker was paid as the “Finance Director” too.

And then, suddenly, Vera Baker was relocated to New York.

Right around the time Michelle Obama got incredibly angry about something. We know it was hard to tell, because Michelle’s angry about something on a good day…but this was EXTRA angry.

And then, even more suddenly, Vera Baker was relocated to the island of Martinique, where she remains.

We hear it’s lovely there. They get lots of sunshine on Sundays. Paradise. A lovely place to read between the lines and ask lots of questions. All reporters should go there and feel inspired.

Does anyone else get the impression the media doesn’t want to report on people like Vera Baker until after the election — and that both the Clinton and McCain campaigns have been unable to force them to do otherwise? Do you ever get the feeling reporters sit around, perhaps on top of piles of stories they choose not to report, asking each other, “You don’t really want McCain to win, do you?”.

Of course they don’t.

The piles make better chairs than stories. “We’re all so comfy!”

That’s why you’ve never heard of Vera Baker…and most likely won’t in the next three weeks.

I don't want Obama to lose because of this kind of thing. I want him to lose because the country knows he is a socialist who is wrong for America! It would be incredibly disappointing to think that people are not freaked out about Ayers/Wright/Farrakhan/ACORN but they would change their minds about him because of a rumor of an affair. What does that say about us?

If there is anything to this story it would be treated with the same double standard that every scandal that involves Democrats is treated. The media, and apparently Democrat voters, don't care about John Edwards. They don't care about Tim Mahoney. It will be ignored by the media and spun by the mouthpieces with the usual crap. Nothing touches the Obamessiah. And if it's unprovable it just makes us look bad for making the accusation.

I can’t see this being an October surprise when Obama can turn to John McCain and say “Didn’t you cheat on your wife while she was ill?” If John McCain were smart on this issue he would not bring it up.

With a hopelessly abject, low-brow tabloid level of understanding of things in many pop-culture segments of the current American populace and electorate, as opposed to having any detailed inkling on such things as intrinsic differences between capitalism and socialism, the American People are liable to go with the buzzers and whistles and National Enquirer level-stuff *crap* rather than true issues in a studied, logical way. This is what dumbing down produces. At times, I think the folks interviewed on the street by Jay Leno are not an extreme sampling, but often how things truly are and where we are as a country (particularly with many young people). Sad to say. If in retrospect the history books show for 2008 that such pablum loses the election for Obama, it is sad in one way (intellectual), but it will be a godsend in another (machiavellian/scorched earth).

A supposed girlfriend, hiding out someplace, is not the “October Surprise” that will change this election.

That’s just my opinion. Even if it were true, the MSM would not carry it against a democrat.

Different story, though, if it were a republican. You can see the media’s hypocritical treatment of the democratic congressman in Foley’s seat who has been caught paying his mistress out of campaign funds and intercepting a sexual harassment charge from her.

Pick any republican congressman anyplace in the country and that would be all over front page and would be an example of republican corruption.

Even thought her face is blurred out, on an age adjusted basis, I’d take Vera #1, Hillary #2 and Michelle #3.

I do not think having a mistress is so much of a problem for Obama. The real issue is whether or not Obama used Senate campaign funds to subsidize his mistress ala Jonathan Edwards.

Former US Senator Carol Moseley Braun of Illinois (another failed presidential candidate) effectively derailed her political career by putting her boyfriend on the campaign payroll and mixing with dictatorial African thugs.

Obama has not learned the same lesson. Too bad.

exactly , I want him beaten with out a doubt. to pull shenanigans , like the birth certificate(not making light of it, but those pro-obama would not be happy) or an affair. concerning the birth cert, I know dems are idiots but surely they had already checked this issue out I mean that’s an easy pull, hillary would have laid that card out last year.

No, the REAL issue is whether this chick is sitting off shore processing all those phony credit cards fueled with foreign money.

Here is another story on this:

I just alerted "fightthesmears.com" mostly because I'm curious to see what they have to say about this... :) I searched their site and didn't find a reference to this particular story, and I really want to see what kind of excuse they come up with this time.

"That's not the Vera Baker I knew..."

While your goals are laudable, in the end it doesn’t matter how or why he loses. All that matters is that Obama does not become president.
