As expected, Judge Surrick has reportedly dismissed the lawsuit brought by Philip J. Berg against Obama, the DNC, and the FEC. According to the Saturday morning on-line edition of The Philadelphia Daily News, Judge Surrick dismissed the case brought by Philip J. Berg:
In a 34-page memorandum and opinion, the judge said Berg’s allegations of harm were “too vague and too attenuated” to confer standing on him or any other voters.
Surrick ruled that Berg’s attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were “frivolous and not worthy of discussion.”
The judge also said the harm Berg alleged did “not constitute an injury in fact” and Berg’s arguments to the contrary “ventured into the unreasonable.”
I have not yet received independent confirmation of the ruling. This post is based solely on the Daily News article. If true, Berg will immediately file an appeal, according to my sources.

And BIlly Sol Estis shot himself 12 times in the back of the head with a shotgun. The judge found this to be a true situation.
And so, LBJ was absolved of any connection with murder.

And the Judge is a life long Republican . . . Heard it on Michael Savage’s interview with Berg on Friday. Berg himself is a Democrat. WTF is going on, people ____________ ?

I’ve read contradictory information on whether the judge is a Clinton backer. I understand he was appointed by Clinton, but it was a forced appointment by the repubs. I heard it explained the other day so I’m going off memory.
This issue needs a champion in the media. I believe that person can carry the day where the judicial system is slow and lacking. The catch is there is no catch.....McCain has nothing to lose and if you’re honest with yourself, then its not even a political matter. obama benefits because he removes a cloud over his head.
Where is the actual ruling? I can’t find it anywhere. Am I missing something?

What we need is a Ward Connerly for civil voting rights. Someone who will not only take tough voter identification standards and reduced motor-voter, tightly monitored absentee laws to voters in individual states, but who will put forth early proof of eligibility before having candidates put on the ballot. Still too late for Obama, but this issue isn’t going away.
I doubt too many Republican or Democrat judges could withstand the level of background scrutiny and blackkmail that these thugs are capable of.
