The exit polls show a very strong preference for John McCain over Barack Obama. The polls, carried out and analyzed by Keevoon, a Jerusalem-based research, strategy and communications firm, indicate that 76% of the polled voters in Israel said they voted for Republican candidate John McCain; 24% said they cast their ballot in favor the Democrat, Barack Obama. The information is based on data collected from 817 absentee voters at several voting events in Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv as well as an online survey.And I was right about the reasons too.
Someone please get these figures to all those misguided American Jews who think Barack Hussein Obama is best for Israel.A few interesting figures about the voters:

- A clear correlation was noted between religious observance and voting pattern.
- Turnout among young voters ages 18 to 34 was high (37%)
- 31% were first-time voters
- 25% have lived in Israel for more than 15 years, 33% less than one year
- 52% are also Israeli citizens
- Half are either independent or not registered with either party
46% of Democrats crossed party lines to vote for McCain.
Only 2% of Republicans voted for Obama. And
57% listed foreign policy (including Israel) as the most important factor in their consideration; 14% listed the economy; 7%, Iran; and 6%, the war in Iraq/terrorism.
Nearly two-thirds were 'very concerned' with Iran; 93% agreed that a nuclear Iran would be a threat to the U.S.
Perhaps most interesting is that McCain is viewed as more capable of handling challenges, even among Obama voters.

It’s amazing to me that he only got 76% is Israel.
As for American Jews, I just shake my head. They have to be the most self-loathing group I’ve encountered. I would bet Obama gets 2/3 of the vote.
I think 70% of the American Jews have a “death wish”.
I don’t think the American jewish vote is going to be that hight for Obama this year, I think it may be 50/50 and if I’m right, it spells big problems for Obama.
Also if these are absentee ballots then they are american votes, so perhaps, Obama does not have as much of a lock on them as he thinks.
You mean 100% of those dead citizens that are voting this year are voting for Obama. There are plenty of dead people outside of Chicago that I am sure are not voting.
However, with the development of nuclear weapons and minor tweaking of but basic Nazi V2 rocket technology, the oven can be delivered to centralized Jews in Israel. The smallness and density of Israel doesn't require sophisticated or accurate warhead guidance. A barrage of ten will produce a radioactive wasteland.
Israelis can not afford illusions. The Iranians and Islamics who like Imperial Japanese Marines on Guadalcanal, or Japanese Kamikaze pilots at Okinawa will joyfully die trying. Trying to bring upon a (to them) joyful world of peace and prosperity under Allah(PBUH).
