Looks like the leftist dhimmitude and political correctness that infected the British media and politics towards the came back to haunt the Brits: now their own home grown Jihadis - radicalized in mosques built right in the heart of England are murdering hundreds of innocents in cowardly attacks abroad. Odd that they should attack India instead of somewhere in the UK.
They have nothing to be proud of, no accomplishments as a society or culture in the last thousand years, so they vent well deserved feelings of inferiority by hating the world at large, and western civilization and Jews in particular. (Somehow it’s our fault they’re illiterate, jobless, etc.., so we should be wiped off the face of the earth. We stole every idea they would have come up with if they’d just had a chance.) Killing, maiming, bombing, etc. is now mother’s milk to them. Like Africa, they need a human genome upgrade, and are not likely to get it.
I have a feeling that MAY have been the plan (according to intel reports from the UK media a couple of weeks ago), however, India is another ‘democracy’. And, lawd knows, those radical muzzies just hate democracy.
The world, and particularly the US, will not stand by indefinitely as the number and barbarity of the jihad-crimes grow. At least within the American psyche there exists a fine line between being outraged and being enraged. An enraged American population is a frightening thing. No force on this earth or below it can stand against it as the tyrants and empires of the 20th century can attest.
Whether it is major terrorist attack in this country, the destruction of a population center in Israel or the cumulative effects of Mumbai-like attacks around the planet there will come a point at which the American culture will cry “Enough!”.
At what point will the American political consensus call for an eradication of Islam? Can this even be done? Would this require a purging or holocaust of the millions who preach and support jihad or would it take something more gentle and compassionate like 100 years of isolation and reeducation?

The fact is, the US in 2008 isn't the US that saved the world twice in the 20th century. We just elected our own President Hussein. I'm not looking for any crusades from him or -- with him as our leader -- from us.
A good start would be not tolerating their encroachment on civil society around the world and the appalling political correctness when prevents people even calling them on it.
However, it is hard to know how to proceed when its the people in power who support this behaviour. Britain, with its creeping Sharia supported by any number of people in the British establisment, is an extreme example but even Canada has a real problem. I remember not too long ago a report that the Canadian (it was probably one of the provinces) government was all set to agree to Sharia law being used for domestic disputes until a couple of brave Iranian woman got up and said that they didn’t escape from Iran to become subject to Sharia in Canada!
These are the kinds of people Barry Hussein wants brought to the US mainland from Gitmo and tried in civilian courts.
I like your sentiment but look around you. Nothing is going to make the American people ‘’rise up’’. Maybe cancelling “American Idol’’ but this... nah. It’ll be out of the newscycle by Monday. Forgotten just as quick. Look for more accomodation for Islam, quilt tripping by the West calls for ‘’dialouge’’, the usual crap.

They were part of a much larger team. Likely made up of Jihadies from all over. Would not be surprised to find that a few were either born in, or at naturalized citizens of, the US.
