Everyone should read Edwin Viera’s article posted on the net today.

Viera is a Harvard honors grad for BA, MA, JD and PhD. He ws not on the foreign student affirmative action program.
The article has a few incredible points:
1. If Obama signs any law that has a criminal penalty like his No Abortion (aka Dead Baby) Left Behind law. A criminal defendant can demand O produce his BC and he will have to provide it. The defendant will have a team of forensic people who will most likely prove it is a fraud. All hell will break loose then.
2. O by not producing the BC is committing a major fraud and Viera or any (sane) attorney would quit as counsel for O. He makes no mention if O could be criminally charged.
3. This thing is not going to go away. Lawsuits will be filed even after he is sworn in. Laws, appointments, treaties, actions, amendments or just about anything he does could be thrown out. This will cause legal and Constitutional chaos. The Supreme Court Justices, in my view, cannot punt on this thing. It is legal and Constitutional aramgeddon caused by O and the DNC.

The closest they can come to punting is to remand the case back to the lower court with an order requiring production of the birth certificate.
Once that occurs (if it ever occurs) a determination can be made regarding his true status. If the losing side is unhappy with that conclusion, an appeal can be taken to contest the application of the law to the facts contained in his BC.
I wouldnt mind if it goes down like that. Remanding the case for further proceedings will give everyone a heads-up that sonmething may be amiss, and allow the masses to prepare themselves for a further ruling on the case.
Your post is amazing. I didn’t read the original article you linked to yet, but the points are so OUTSTANDING that I wish it had been part of the Tribune letter today.
I fear no one with political or journalistic power will touch this. Yet we need a hero who will, because LAWS MEAN THINGS, and we need our legal system. All we need is a check to make sure he is eligible, for G-d’s sake. Let’s suck up some courage, make this happen, and all will be well. If he’s eligible, let’s see it and move on.
