I have felt all along that if there was much to this story the Clintons would have gotten it out, or it would have become an issue before the election. It seems impossible that a man would get this far if he was not eligible. That said, it is amazing that the Obama people have spent nearly a million dollars of legal fees to slow these lawsuits and muddy the water instead of sharing evidence to refute the charges...still makes one wonder what the truth is.

Whether this action is successful or not, we’ve gotta keep the pressure up. Eventually, if there are enough suits, something will break this whole story open.

I agree about the issue of the Clintons. Their opposition research is next to none.
OTOH, they didn’t break the Edwards story. So much for their op research. That could have knocked him out before Iowa. If Hillary picked up most of his votes, then Barry would have been blown out early and we would have a Madame President Elect.
COLB was sufficient proof of natural born citizenship since it states the time, date, and location of his birth. The constitution does not specify a BC is required for US presidency, and there is no evidence to show he was born outside of US.

From what I have read here at FR, Hawaii use to issue the COLB to non-natural born citizens of Hawaii.
The COLB is not something that is accepted in Court. Only the original doctor signed typewriter written version is.
