Without any need for prophecy its pretty clear that the case will be denied, just based on custom. They seem to announce the ones accepted on Friday and the ones rejected on Monday.
This is very sad. There are many more working through the system but 1. they obviously don’t want to touch the issue and, 2. it would have been so much better if something had been done before the inauguration. When Obama has the power of government in his hand I have no doubt that he’ll do an excellent job of sweeping it under the carpet and harassing anyone who dares raise the issue.
Leo and Cort gave it their all. It is not over but I am afraid SCOTUS does not have the guts to defend the Constitution. Maybe we will have a positive suprise in the morning but i doubt it. Sickening.
