The case will be denied. I don't think they ever wanted anything to do with it. Look what they allowed the clerk's office to do to my case and Cort's, flagging Cort's for anthrax and everything else they did to stop it from reaching the justices. Bickell must have been operating under orders from higher up the food chain. The fact that he still has a job there is frightening.
Bickell has protection but the Constitution does not.
On Monday, the United States will wake up with no Constitution. It's all over for this Country as a Constitutional Republic. It's done as done can be. My case was strong, and Cort's case was virtually air tight. But factions of the Court didn't want these cases before them because now they didn't want the burden of history on them. Now they have no excuse. The natural born citizen issue was squarely before them. All of the resulting damage and the blood of the Constitution is on their hands forever.
Cort's case will be denied on Monday. And that will signal the very end of the nation's unique Document.]
More cases in the pipeline. Keep plugging away.
Without any need for prophecy its pretty clear that the case will be denied, just based on custom. They seem to announce the ones accepted on Friday and the ones rejected on Monday.
This is very sad. There are many more working through the system but 1. they obviously don’t want to touch the issue and, 2. it would have been so much better if something had been done before the inauguration. When Obama has the power of government in his hand I have no doubt that he’ll do an excellent job of sweeping it under the carpet and harassing anyone who dares raise the issue.
Leo and Cort gave it their all. It is not over but I am afraid SCOTUS does not have the guts to defend the Constitution. Maybe we will have a positive suprise in the morning but i doubt it. Sickening.
Wouldn’t it be nice if SCOTUS has been waiting until the last minute to minimize the amount of time available for civil unrest. Maybe they’ll rule and halt the vote tomorrow.....nahhhh

The Alan Keyes case is still the strongest, although I’m not sure of its status
The Keyes case is scheduled in CA Superior Court on Mar. 13.
Unless Kreep/Taitz can get the hearing date moved up, then the Broe case in WA state is the best hope. Scheduled for Jan. 8 at the WA Supreme Court.
The WA state case with Steve Pidgeon is very strong too. Cort’s case rwitten up by Leo is strong but will see if SCOTUS has the guts to do their job tomorrow.

NAFTA - CFR - SPP - immigration - deliberately unsecured borders (despite 9/11) - “ownership society” - mortgages and auto loans for illegal aliens - housing crisis - bailouts - push for amnesty - election of a nonAmerican citizen - loss of sovereignty, perhaps even our Constitution = the creation of a North American Union
Leo slips into maniac rants at times. His heart is in the right place though.
He made a good point earlier that at least his suit crossed the desk of SCOTUS. It doesn’t mean much now, but if it’s ever revealed that obammy is not natural born, then SCOTUS can’t hide.
Is there a congressman and senator who will stand in protest and force a hearing? I doubt it....what a rotten crew of representatives in DC.

Leo is a high strung guy.
Based on what they see, I believe, that the process as it will play out will bring a case to them if needed that will have standing and they will then immediately act.
Clearly, this issue belongs to the Electors and they are the first officials who are constitutionally obligated to look at qualifications of the candidates.
They will either keep or fail at this job. But once, they have failed or kept their obligation, many people gain standing. As the next two weeks unfold, we will get to the stage that the word Usuper will be openly discussed. It is a tragedy that many have tried to prevent.
Ultimately, this whole controversy will turn folks insisting that Obama file the appropriate paperwork to establish his citizenship and eligibility for the office of President.
This is because Obama is on the same plan as all of those folks who borrowed money to create the Sub-Prime crisis. This recession and destruction of our financial system was crafted by banks not asking for verification of the most basic elements of the Loan application. These loans, that sucked more than a Trillion dollars into a black hole.
Obama proposes to be the first NINJA President. No verification means no qualification.
