Megachurch Pastor Rick Warren, Obama’s pick to deliver his inauguration’s invocation, has become controversial because, like most clergy, he opposes same-sex marriage. Getting almost no attention so far is Obama’s choice to deliver the benediction, the far left, conspiracy-minded and verbally intemperate Rev. Joseph Lowery, who is an older version of Jeremiah Wright.

Ah yes, Rick Warren can catch the media’s attention and needs to be looked into, however Rev Wright and Pfleger should be ignored.

The MSM hypocrisy knows no bounds.

Lowery was a part of the North Ga United Methodist Conference and usually when he was here and still serving he did gas off about leftist thinking but never to the extent that he does now that he is retired and wandering around looking for an audience up North. You will note those Methodist meetings were all yankee.
As a retired minister he can pretty much do as he pleases now without a gag. Just don’t want you to think he speaks in any way for most North GA UMC.

I'm intolerant of Rick Warren too. He gave an award on behalf of his church to Basher Assad.

Screw him.

Syrian president Bashar al-Assad (L) receives a sourvenir from US Rev. Rick Warren, author of 'The Purpose Driven Life' and pastor of Saddleback Church, following their meeting at Al-Rawda Palace in Damascus 12 November 2006. Assad discussed with Warren US-Syrian relations and inter-religious dialogue, according to the official news agency SANA. AFP PHOTO/SANA/HO (Photo credit should read -/AFP/Getty Images)

Obama has a problem. He chooses people to much to the extreme. That’s probably how he views life. He doesn’t show much judgement.
