I had to show a BC to get my passport. If I had denied access to it, they would have denied my passport. Why is the same not true for holding the highest office in the land?
I can tell you what his immediate response will be: ‘Uh, those issues are of a Constitutional nature, er, are, um, they, er are items involved in um several court cases, so, er uh it would be inappropriate for me, er [Axelrod screaming in the hideden earpiece to shut the hell up] ... at this time I am restrained from answering those questions because of litigation. Um, next question?
Maybe he is legitimate, but after basing himself as the first black president, the embarassment would be that he’s really caucasian.

The problem with that is, Republicans do not deserve and will not get returned to power by an electorate so shamefully ignored. And the demcorats are never going to relinquish their power now. Why should they, the American people have shown they are now corrupted and do not give a stinky poop about the Constitution, believing the party in power is the law ... and they would be correct, the criminal enterprise democrat party is now the law because the elected Republicans are too damned corrupt to stand up for America and the people who sent their shameful butts to Congress! Democrats rare just being the criminals they have always been. Republicans are now the feckless wussies asking to be walked all over so long as they can remain on the federal dole.
My guess is that under RACE it shows “Caucasian” or “Caucasoid” and not Negroid. That would have been the term used in 1961.
The boy is NOT black. He is Caucasoid, no matter what his “skin tone” (which is also not black) indicates. His father, black as he was, was a Kenyan, and they are classed as Caucasoid. Daddy was 1/8 Negroid, enough in the USofA to be legally called “black” — but Barry Zero is only 1/16 Negroid ancestry.
My money is on the Birth Certificate listing him as Caucasian. And that would totally destroy everything on which he has built his narcissistic persona.

When someone first challenged his cherished self-deceit (common with narcissistic personality disorder), he looked at the issue again and discovered that he had missed the citizenship laws in effect in 1961 and his mother would not be old enough to have passed her citizenship to him. His way of dealing with this error was typical narcissist, he clammed up, enlisted thousands to protect his image and his deceits, and arrogantly rode out the storms with his affirmative action pecker in the air, disdaining the chattel snapping at his royal heels, defying them to prove he is not eligible.
The affirmative action fraud's sycophantic minions at FR have used that same approach to dissemble the issues. [Pecker is a British euphemism for nose, BTW, which seemed appropriate for this British subject pretending to be an American citizen.]

No doctor, nurse, or medical professional, working or retired, has come forward to say “I delivered Barack Hussein Obama, and the delivery was in Hawaii”.
Neither means a thing, you can not prove a thesis with a negative premise.
If you state that snapping your fingers keeps the tigers away and your proof is that there are no tiger attacks, you have committed a logical fallacy. There might be numerous reasons why there no tiger attacks, perhaps there are no tigers.
Perhaps the reason he remains silent on the issue is that he can see no controlling legal authority that could compel him to prove his suitability to serve as president. So far he seems to be winning on that point alone.
His background has been so completely sanitized that the only evidence left is negative and cannot be used to prove anything. Even the lack of evidence is negative, albeit highly suggestive.

Obama is 47...lets assume the doctor was 28 (young). He would be 73. Also, how would they remember anyway...Do you think they said ah...someday he will be president, we must make a note of this birth...come on. How many babies do you think doctors and nurses deliver during their career? Even the Berg lawsuit concedes he was born in Hawaii. If he was born in Hawaii, he can be president. The rest of this stuff is silly. Do you guys realize that Bobby Jindals parents were from a foreign country. You wan him excluded from running for president?
Well, obamanoid troll, why should your opinion be any more weighty than anyone else’s? Can you prove he was born in Hawai’i and if he was, can you prove he is therefore eligible? No, you cannot. As to Bobby Jindal, you democrat troll, Bobby is not eligible to be presdient if when he was born his parents were not US citizens. Now go buzz around back at DU where you came from. Perhaps you and janx can exchange ridicule pleasantries.
I think that is what really drives most people on this issue. If the citizens do not have standing to compel a candidate to prove that he/she is eligible to hold the highest office in the 'free' world, then we have nothing. The Constitution means nothing and we are just stepping stones for anyone with enough guts to take over.
I can’t prove anything...I merely pointed out that Bergs suit says he was born in Hawaii but for a complicated set of reasons (in comprehensible),Berg says he is not natural born. Bobby Jindal is eligible because he was born in this country. This is quite silly. I have been of FR for years. My wife nyconse has been on for nine years-everyone who disagrees with you is not a troll my friend.
