TWO SUPREME COURT CASES ARE STILL PENDING AND COULD PREVENT OBAMA FROM BEING SWORN IN.
THE FIRST WILL BE VIEWED BY THE FULL COURT ON FRIDAY JANUARY 9TH WHERE THE CASE REQUESTS SCOTUS TO ORDER OBAMA TO PRODCUE HIS VAULT COPY OF THIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE (if one actually exists).
If he fails to comply, then on January 16th, the full court will view another lawsuit that would then suspend or negate the Congress certification of the Electoral Vote count and put the presidency in limbo.

No, on Friday they release the (short) list of cases in which cert. was granted, so the lawyers can start drafting their briefs. On Monday, they release the (much longer) list of cases which they denied the previous Friday. If this case was not on today's list, that means either that it was denied (likely) or that it was postponed to next Friday (barely possible).

Today's conference was on whether or not to hear the case. Next Friday's is on Berg's motion to enjoin the inauguration. If they decided today not to hear the case, next Friday's motion becomes moot. It is possible, though unlikely, that they decided to postpone today's vote so they could consider both motions together next Friday. I say "unlikely" because, if they were going to hear this case, they would probably not wait until just before the inauguration to say so.

***I can see the reasoning behind that. In my mind a possibility is that this is such a supercharged issue that it even has the staid SCOTUS in an uproar. People are subject to human nature, and human nature doesn’t find it convenient to follow proper procedures when there’s a lot at stake emotionally.

just a stab in the dark, but when I first saw that address list the first thought I had was - if I was running that website and people were paying to subscribe to gain information, what might I do?
I would enter as many names in current news as possible, all with made-up addresses, and each time someone wants to follow up the false trail I have laid, I get to pocket the subscription. How would the subscriber complain or obtain a refund?
