I'm Not Watching
I will not be participating in viewership of any and all ceremonies of one Barack Hussein Obama. I have cut TV/Cable News out of my life by 90% since the election. Since then my blood pressure has been perfect, my diet has been more balanced, I sleep better, and I do not have mood swings based on breaking news every 5 minutes.
I recognized the night of the election that this country has turned a page and as I will quietly support sites such as FreeRepublic and other TRUE Conservative causes..I find absolutely NO need to drive myself to an early grave over watching Democrats destroy everything I stand for.
I already saw this movie before...twice..Carter and Clinton and this show is going to be indeed the JAWS 3 of the 3 of them. For those who don't know JAWS 3 is widely considered one of if not THE single worst sequel to a hit franchise in film history.
There will be crimes like we have never seen before, liberties stripped, taxed to high heaven, and the news will be bad, bad, and more bad of Democrats getting away with everything.
I know the ending so why bother re-watching a bad story again? I will keep tabs on FR...make a post here and there and when it comes time to fight to regain control...I will be back around on a regular basis.
But for now...I refuse to watch him get sworn into office...I don't want to watch President Bush and Laura leave to the cheering Democratic crowds throwing shoes as symbols of their hate for him. Nope...don't care about the balls that will be held...the 24/7 coverage of how incredible and great this man and moment is.
Want none of it.
This was a man who was created and groomed for this moment by Madison Ave, Soros, MTV Networks, Viacom...they can have their parties...the same ones they didn't have for Bush either time because we were at war or the election was too close or some other B.S.
Last I checked...we are still at war...on the very same levels and it is getting worse with Cuba, Venezuela, Russia and a few other countries trying us right now.
I'll choose sanity and not give a single ratings point to this circus. Chris Matthews, Wolf Blitzer, Katie Couric, Brian Williams, Keith Olbermann...and the dozens of losers who work under them...pat yourselves on the back because I for one will not take part in giving you an ounce of attention.
Ping me if the world is coming to an end...I'll be in the shower.
Now, about the plight of the black man in America. Heretofor no black man had made it to the Presidency. Now a black man has done so.
Like the white men around them have always had to do, the black men will find that they can't just blame their inadequacies on the white man ~ they have to blame it on themselves.
The Man, as it happens, has put in a black man to be President.
I expect black men to be fully engaged in existential internal rage within weeks as they figure out that NO ONE CARES if they think of themselves as victims ~ they are too busy dealing with their own failures and shortcomings to worry about someone elses.
So, Obama becomes a symbol for why self-reliance is good ~ even if he never writes his own speeches and got a full EIEIO "ride" in college and employment.
It's only to get harder as it gets better ~ something the white Liberal guilt ridden folks never anticipated.
I have not watched network news since the liberal socialist media joined the side of the islamofacist terrorist that seek to destroy my Country. I dp not contribute any money to any newspaper. The little network tv that we watch is all recorded and I see NO COMMERCIALS and there for do not contribute to their cause under the influence of madison ave.
I belong to netflix and regular rent British mystery shows and older tv shows.
I watch college footbal andf basketball and some pro football. Again all recorded seeing no commercials.
I desrie nothing bad to happen to my Country, but sometimes bad things must happen for people to learn the lesson they need to learn. The majority of citizens voted for the loser we now have as President so maybe they need to experience the consequences of that action...

I will be playing all day and night.
I will be acting out all my aggressions there and i’m sure my scores are going to be all-time personal highs.
The next day?
Maybe sign up for some welfare and food stamps.

I have never watched a speech of obama’s. I notice that many that do, seem to get taken in by his “articulate speech” and end up saying stupid stuff like “give him a chance” and “we don’t want to be like the democrats”.
I’m sorry (no I’m not!), but his intentions are clear and he is a puppet or a spokesman for those that want to bring down our republic. I will not watch any of the festivities. I will watch the results of his actions.

I hear you. I’ve had to back off on reading FR since the election and I don’t even touch a newspaper or newsmagazine let alone watch TV news. I’ll be in the shower too.
The next good news update will be when Ted Kennedy kicks up his toes! My husband and I dropped 30.00 a month by cutting our cable and I too don’t miss FOX news or CNN or any of those loser shows...I’m
right on.
I watch about 15 minutes of TV before I go to bed.
Most of the time is spent right here.

Also I found long ago that the talking heads on radio weren’t worth the time either. There are plenty of places/sites in which to get the news without having the talking heads try to influence your preception of what is happening.
We are dropping cable too.
Neflix, Hulu.com and a few other sites have all i need to stream good stuff to my tv.
I’ll be enjoying myself on a Disney cruise inauguration day.
I am not only not going to watch next week, I am leaving the country.
Heh, heh...we’re cut from the same cloth. Our sentiments exactly!!! A whole lot of nonsense that we won’t be a part of anymore. For ANY politician!!

(2) NO MORE EXCUSES (With Obama as President, no black man in the world gets away with blaming his situation on "white people" ~
That should suffice. (NOTE: I have others but mentioning them would get me banned, but they'd all been applicable to Billzo Clinton)
