If only it were that simple. With all due respect....we wouldn't have witnessed Republicans prosecuted for non-crimes while DemocRats skate after committing crimes that they were guilty of beyond any shadow of doubt, all the while getting a free-pass from the leftist media.
The law may be the law, but there are ""special people"" that don't have to follow the same laws that you, I and fellow conservatives and Republicans have to follow. Those special people are, as you should know, called leftist DemocRats.
I completely agree with you! If Obama takes the oath knowing that he is ineligible to be President because he was born in Kenya (or is not a natural born citizen some other way), it would be called a “perjured oath.” Note the amount of legal fees Obama has paid to keep his original birth certificate hidden. That tells you something right there...... Note Obama’s past recreational drug use! If he were a Republican candidate, the media would be in an uncontrollable frenzy! But with Obama, the issue is essentially ignored.
