On 20 Jan. 2009, I will give respect to the OFFICE of the POTUS as I am required to do. You must as well. However, for me until the court tells me that Mr. Obama is constitutionally qualified or not I personally will remain conflicted because …………………….
It is clear to me that if Mr. Obama would allow it; I would willingly render my absolute loyalty to the person, in this case Mr. Biden, as per the Constitution until ………..

95 percent of Americans are too stupid to even be aware there IS an issue with Zero’s birthplace.
The only reason Zero will not show the public his BC, has to be the reason we all suspect. To show it, would be to admit he is Kenyan born.
Not my president, until proven he was born on US SOIL.
He does not have to follow laws, why should anyone else?
PS- I have no hope that the SCOTUS will do a damn thing about this, they are in bed with Zero, and too cowardly to shake things up, esp since Zero is a protected class.

I know, it’s so sad that the people entrusted with such an honor as protecting The Constiution, are totally ignoring the most important issue that has come along, oh, say maybe EVER.
Having a possibly foreign born pres-elect is unacceptable. And the SCOTUS not taking it seriously, out of their fear of what would happen if Zero really was born in Kenya or if he really does have unrenounced Indonesian citizenship from when he lived there as a muslim.
Oh it’s all too too sad. When the SCOTUS doesn’t do their job, the nation will rot from the top down, instead of the roots on up like usual. Wait, we already have society rotting from the bottom up, now add from the top down, and OH MY, we really are screwed.
Zero has to screw up, or be exposed for his past illegal deeds, and the media would have to COVER the story (fat chance),,,and maybe then he will only be in our White House for 4 years. If something really damaging surfaces he could be impeached, oh but wait, the RINOs would never ever have the rocks to do that. More duct tape please, as Glenn Beck says!
Well, if SCOTUS doesn’t act, then there will be growing discord and confusion. I’m not talking about riots. It’s the leftists who love riots and violence. I’m talking about deep doubts and reservations, which Obama is almost certainly to provoke.
If we get another Waco or Ruby Ridge, or if Obama tries to send the military in against his enemies, there is going to be deep trouble.
Yes, the military owe obedience to their legitimate leaders for the good of the country. But what happens when those leaders are increasingly perceived to be illegitimate. What happens when those leaders give illegitimate orders? Those are the kinds of dangers that SCOTUS will ignore if they decide to sit on their hands and let a man of virtually unknown background, but with strong indications that he is Kenyan, Communist, Muslim, and racist, is allowed to illegitimately assume the presidency of our country and—as he himself emphasizes—assumes the leadership of the world.

Well, in practical terms, you do what your sergeant or your lieutenant or your immediate commander in the chain of command tells you to do, unless you have very good reason to think that the orders are illegitimate.
If they are just plain stupid, and are likely to lead to the platoon’s getting wiped out for no good reason, that’s another question. In Korea it was sometimes resolved by fragging—not a nice practice, but perhaps necessary in the circumstances.
The issue of whether to obey Obama or the Constitution is one that will have to be argued over. The Constitution says that POTUS is Commander in Chief. We don’t KNOW that Obama is illegitimate, we just have strong reasons to suspect it.
So, as I said, this issue will fester, but perhaps will break out in violence if Obama tries to play Hitler or Mussolini—which is not at all out of the question.
