ConstitutionWatch.org has officially came out speaking about the Obama eligibility issue, and has provide an interesting point of view.
The Dems are going to Shiite bricks if this turns out to be the case and he ends up unseated. You think they’re hate filled now? Oh boy. I suspect a civil war of some kind would ensue. They’re trying like hell to minimize this and paint us as conspiracy theorists. We need to fight to keep this issue legitimate and plausible.
I agree, and thing this is... we just want answers! What’s so bad about that?... Scary to think that it’s “bad”.

I don’t know if this has already been brought up, but have any post been made that addresses the silence on this issue from Rush Limbaugh? I have tried to stay on top of his radio as well as his website but have not noticed any comments from Rush. Is there a reason for him not commenting on the subject? Rush is not one to avoid a subject that has been in the news so long and is so huge. Thanks.

If this whole issue wasn’t true he would be shoving that BC in everyones face. The fact that he won’t even address the issue tells me that he’s lying just like he’s lied about everything.
This is a great post Jeremy, and hopefully it won’t be inundated and overwhelmed by the ostriches and the myopic nitwits sneering “birthers!” “tin foil freaks”, etc.
The bottom line is that Comrade 0bama has not proven his eligibility to serve as President of the United States as defined by the Constitution.
Until he does so, he must be presumed to be ineligible, and his status, IF he is sworn in tomorrow, must be seen as a fraud and a usurper.

I have a theory that may or may not be a tin foil hat idea. Granted, SCOTUS has turned down every appeal pertaining to Hussein O's B.C. challenge under technicalities. You don't even hear any complaints from W or many on the Republican side complaining as well.
My theory is that once the self anointed messiah is sworn in and things get REALLY bad as far as his signing executive orders and ramming his fascist programs through congress, a cutoff trigger will be pulled. The trigger is the sudden appearance of his REAL certificate of live birth. This will immediately stop him in his tracks and disqualify him from the office and shut him down.
I believe SCOTUS as well as W and others know this and are relying on that trigger as a stop gap weapon to go into place once he crosses the line. Not only will he be ousted from office, all the treaties, ex orders, bills and appointments he had made up to that point will be null and void. This, to me, is the Ace in the hole that SCOTUS knows is out there. Impeachment wouldn‘t be necessary. .A President (legal) must be impeached and convicted to be removed from office.
Obama is ineligible to be President, he is a usurper who lied, abetted by other liars, and committed fraud to gain the Presidency. As President he would be illegal, and subject to arrest, trial, and conviction. Therefore Impeachment will not have to be dealt with. He can simply be served a warrant, arrested by a D.C. Sheriff and taken away in handcuffs as a common criminal where he would stand trial in a court of law. Bty, being the great lawyer he claims to be, he couldn’t claim he was ignorant of the law and made an honest mistake.
I seem to remember a clause in birth certificate laws that says an American mother, if she delivers a baby in a foreign country, then has five days from the date of birth to return to USA soil where she can THEN legally declare her child to have been born in the US.
(Did I dream that?)
I have long thought it quite possible that Obama's mother pulled some shenanigan like that where she persuaded Hawaii officials to issue a birth certificate 'post-facto'..
My other theory is that Obama won't release his ORIGINAL birth certificate because it lists "Muslim" as his RELIGION.
If you check, the older birth certificates (pre-1980 or there-abouts) had a space where the parents were supposed to note the baby's "religion".
Birth certificates changed around the late 1970s after many complaints by the anti-faith PC crowd who were trying to abolish everything that had a reference to "Christian" faith.
I just don’t believe the House of Lords (Bush family) is complicit in this.
But I do believe that people who truly think like William Ayers and who want to see Obama installed because they hate America, will pull the plug on Obama (expose him as a life long fraud) when they determine it is time to tear America apart and his greater use to them is ...to be gone..
Where that leaves the Clintons I do not know- possibly as pacifiers as the only possible personalities who could succeed to leadership and have a chance to bridge the conficence vacuum.
Throw him out, put him in jail and give another holiday in his name?
I am definitely not a lawyer, but if I were a Supreme Court Justice, the last thing I’d do is rule Obama ineligible now when his rabid supporters not only worship him but at the moment have all gathered in one spot. Egged on by the drive-bys they would no doubt burn down the Capitol and lynch the Justices. Why not wait a while for this insanity to recede a bit? In a couple weeks the useful idiots will be home watching the Super Bowl and probably won’t even notice that their “god” has been kicked out of office.
Rush limbaugh said on one of his programs on the radio I was listening to and I quote, “I don’t care where he (Barack Obama) was born.” Kind of tells you where he is coming from doesn’t it. I think I have figured Rush out. He really wants Zero in there so he has something to gripe and complain about on his show.
