Today on NBCs Chris Matthews show, Bob Woodward was one of the guests on the panel, and during the standard Q&A between Chris and the panelists, a couple of curious things came out of Woodwards mouth.
The first thing that caught my attention was when Chris played a segment of the inauguration where Obama said we must begin again the work of remaking America. Woodward began his comments by reminding us of the if you will unclench the fist, we will extend the hand. He says its obvious the big difference between Obama and Bush & Cheney is that Obama is for diplomacy, but if you get right down to it, Bush and Cheney didnt really like diplomacy.

I heard this quote this morning. It sounded to me like he said:
“must begin again the work of remaking AMERICANS”.
But...it was early, and I could be wrong.
So what?
We already know only Republicans care about the rule of law.
So even if the OBAMINATOR himself is accused of hiring an undocumented nanny and cheating on his taxes....lol...what conseequence would be forthcoming?
Zero.
The appointment of Condi proves conclusively that the Bush presidency was predicated on diplomacy until all options were utterly exhausted. His actions in Iraq are proof of his desire to wait until the last stroke before using military force.
Liberals are troubled by Bush's willingness to put military action on the table. Their strategy is diplomacy first last and always, until all is lost.
The inaction of liberal diplomacy has led to some of the worse disasters in modern history.
