And, of course, McCain was faultless in his hard-hitting campaign against the False Messiah. He sure went after him with both barrels, didn’t he ?
You know, instead of bashing the faults of those on our side, why don't you channel some of that energy into defeating those on the other side?
Oh, I know why you and so many other 'conservatives' prefer to attack your own......you fear doing the *REAL* work of defeating your enemies and just want sit around while those on your side get everything done overnight. When that doesn't happen, you attack your own side.

Well, I don’t think the country will survive another 40 years at it’s current pace of exponential increase in lunacy in leadership.
I think Bush did a number of things. He sanctified big government as a Republican characteristic. He proved that conservatives, out of fear of Democrats, will throw out most of their principles and vote for the most liberal Republican in the crowd. And he proved that most other Americans really don’t understand who or what they vote for, nor what made their country great in the first place.
I think he proved that Americans have completely broken from their heritage of freedom, individuality and the concept of responsibility for self.
The left has been very effective over the years, leaving people without the motivation to live and breathe in freedom. Now Islam, noting the Left’s success, is using the same tactics to invade and conquer the western nations, and they will be successful if things continue on the current path. Dumbed down, girified nations won’t be up to the task of self defense. They won’t even understand what is happening to them.
