Funny how on one hand he says that he wants them sent to trial, but on the other hand he wants a 120 day delay. He seems pretty confused to me.
This is simple. There is no liberal outcry because liberals are not for freedom and they are not for “the people”. They are for total control and they will say anything to get there. Look at the Labour Party of the UK, that is what Obama is to here. BAD NEWS!!
Pohl may be taking a stand, but meanwhile elsewhere in the Navy:
“Pentagon spokesman Cmdr. Jeffrey D. Gordon said that “the Department of Defense is currently reviewing Judge Pohl’s ruling. We will be in compliance with the president’s orders regarding Guantanamo.”
