Rumor is...a bank run is planned for 4/17/09. while i agree with the intent, it would turn into nationwide anarchy. It would show DC a thing or two in that WE are still in control, but the fallout could be devastating.

This is the same genius type of thinking when idiots during the Nam War doused themselves with gasoline and set themselves on fire.

Hmmm.... Let's see.
- L.Ron Paul inspires these people.
- They call themselves "libertyormayhem"
- Project Mayhem was a terrorist cult, operated by a schizophrenic, in the film Fight Club
- Thorazine is one treatment for schizophrenia
Curious.

The Ron Paul crowd had one of these on June 5 2008 with no noticeable effect.
But the economic system is collapsing under its own weight anyway.

I haven't read any press releases where Ron Paul encouraged anyone to make a run on the banks. Can someone link me to it?
A scheduled run on the banks would result in more fascism as the fed moved in to shore up the banks.

Never happen. No way will anyone get enough big-money folks to draw out their money. Just won’t happen.

Well this notion is beyond brilliant.s/ They give a date and time and expect somebody else is not going to beat them to the banks.

I can't believe our mods let crap like this get posted here. This thread will probably be quoted when the Feds try to close this site down.

I guess there’s no point to their other famous tactic of the “One Day Gas Boycott” now that prices are down.

I don’t think that’s a good idea; I am against the FED too, however it’s not good to ruin people in order to do it!
