Rush is dead wrong on this. As a conservative, I can say that Rush is disconnected from reality.

He is intelligent and continues to be a great spokesman for conservative ideas, but WAKE UP PEOPLE!

We are now in the era of style over substance. Past leaders such as Washington, Adams and Jefferson were not good speakers. By their own and other accounts. Great leaders but not speakers.

Teddy Roosevelt had a high annoying voice. A great leader by almost any accounts.

General Patton did not sound anything like George C. Scott.

This performance thing is annoying and is really driven by the left. Because it is based on one’s own perception.

People that listened to the Nixon debate on the radio said Nixon won.

Hitler was a pretty good speaker.

Leadership should be judged on ideas and results. Jindal has been a pretty good leader so far.
