MSNBC's Chris Matthews tonight sought to explain away his "Oh God" comment last night as Gov. Bobby Jindal emerged to give his GOP Response to Barack Obama's speech.
Matthews seems to be saying his comment was directed at the "staging" of the speech, not at Jindal himself. But I think Matthews was deliberately trying to diss Jindal and took a cheap shot at him even before he had spoken a single word last night.
