SU: Replacement of Mouse Balls
If a mouse fails to operate or should it perform erratically, it may need a ball replacement.
Mouse balls are now available as FRU (Field Replacement Units). Because of the delicate nature of this procedure, replacement of mouse balls should only be attempted by properly trained personnel.
Before proceeding, determine the type of mouse balls by examining the underside of the mouse. Domestic balls will be larger and harder than foreign balls.
Ball removal procedures differ depending upon the manufacturer of the mouse. Foreign balls can be replaced using the pop off method. Domestic balls are replaced by using the twist off method.
Mouse balls are not usually static sensitive. However, excessive handling can result in sudden discharge.
Upon completion of ball replacement, the mouse may be used immediately. It is recommended that each person have a pair of spare balls for maintaining optimum customer satisfaction.
Any customer missing his balls should contact the local personnel in charge of removing and replacing these necessary items.
Please keep in mind that a customer without properly working balls is an unhappy customer.
The “Magic Negro” song was offensive only to those who a) didn’t actually listen to, and comprehend, the content, or b) didn’t CARE to even TRY to comprehend the content.
The parody did NOT make fun of Obama, or of African-Americans. The “Magic Negro” title came from a column by David Ehrenstein, an AFRICAN-AMERICAN DEMOCRAT who wrote a column in the Los Angeles Times called “Obama the Magic Negro”. In Ehrenstein’s own words: “But it’s clear that Obama also is running for an equally important unelected office, in the province of the popular imagination — the “Magic Negro.” The article talks about how Obama lends himself to white liberals’ idealized black man. As “Al Sharpton” sings in the song, “They’ll vote for him and not for me cuz he’s not from the hood”.
The song also mocks liberals’ hand-wringing over whether or not Obama was “black enough” to be their candidate, Joe Biden’s comment about how Obama was the “first” articulate, clean black candidate (to which Sharpton replied, “Hey, I take showers, too), and the reaction of Sharpton and others who felt like Obama didn’t have real slave blood, hadn’t paid his dues in the Civil Rights movement, and wasn’t “down for the struggle”.
The title of the parody mirrored the title of Ehrenstein’s article, and Puff, the Magic Dragon was a natural fit for the tune. The parody is sung by a very jealous “Al Sharpton” (Paul Shanklin) through a bullhorn(a nod to his leading of protest marches), worried that he’s going to lose the attention he’s used to getting.
If you don’t understand that, then you’re just as comprehension-challenged as the other critics, or you haven’t been listening. Rush’s critics made several trys to gin up outrage over this parody, using the same kind of mischaracterization they used with Michael J. Fox and the “Phony Soldier” non-scandals.
My bad although he deserves the same fate.
Here’s the parody. Remember, it’s sung by “Al Sharpton”. References to the LA Times, and “the guy from the LA paper” are references to Ehrenstein’s column. With that background, and Al Sharpton’s background, the rest SHOULD be self-explanatory:

Obviously, you’ve NEVER actually listened to Rush!! He NEVER says ANYTHING ‘recklessly’—everything he says is for specific reasons and purposes of driving liberals crazy, and informing others of just how crazy and dangerous liberals are!
This time, he’s unveiled exactly how deep the corruption is in the white house, because these personal attacks are definitely originating from there, trickling down into the congress and the MSM...Rush is ‘sacrificing’ himself as a ‘victim’ so the rest of America will be able to open their eyes and see the truth about this usurper in the white house trying to destroy the financial underpinnings of the USA!!!
Don’t you realize—by doing this, the liberals took Rush’s bait? A large majority of Americans could care less about politics or what is going on in Washington—until they feel things happening in their wallets! Rush had the highest cable ratings with his CPAC speech, and now, the MSM is joining in with the white house to demean Rush and the Republicans by saying, “They want Obama to fail—ooooooooo!”
I believe a lot of people will be tempted to check into that story by checking out Rush’s website, where they will find the TRUTH of the matter, not what Beltway Bob (O’s mouthpiece, Robert Gibbs) has to spin about it!
