So...how many of you out there STILL have a lot of friends, family or coworkers that are still drinking the "Kool aid"??

One would think--that after the way that the "Bamster's" "help" has been received by the stock mkt, and such--that thinking people would NOT still be "going for it", where his lies are concerned. But where I work--my boss and her WHOLE family are STILL enamored by "the one".

And no matter WHAT happens--it is ALL "Bush's fault and of course..the republicans..I hear it EVERY day. And nothing I can say makes any difference to her. She even refuses to believe that ACORN is going to get billions from the porkulous package...after all--"Olberman said it is all"republican lies about Acorn--they are not going to get ANY money".. and that is good enough for my boss..

Looks like Kool aid is more popular than Pepsi or coke nowadays. But it was probably that way in Germany in 1933 or so...too..

This ain't America anymore if this lunatic is getting widespread support.

It feels more like Jonestown.

My immediate family knew better, except for my brother, who voted for Obama to impress his girlfriend.

Hubby works for the dreaded “BIG OIL” so his co-workers and friends knew better.

I’ve been laid off since last October and I’m almost glad because the office became filled with drones who were once good people. I say that because when Sarah came on the scene, they all became rabid Tourette’s sufferers.

Most of my distant relatives in the south drank the Koolaid.
They are all small business owners. (face palm)

I wanted to scream, “Who are you, and what have you done with my family?” but I haven’t seen most of them in decades and don’t expect to in the future, so I guess it doesn’t really matter.

KV has 3 cutout lifesize cardboard politicians.

His fave Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin.

(the Mitt fave can change by 2012)

And the Obama (for dress up fun)

What we are trying to discern is why one of our dogs repeatedly (when we are on the phone/busy aka not paying attention) chews on Sarah does not touch the others.
Sarah can no longer stand up I am going to have to tape her up to the wall and she no longer has feet after these fearce attack by our badger hunter.

I am baffled does this mean our dog is a Liberal in a Weiners Body or does he Love Sarah to bits.

I even sprayed her with Yuck spray to no avail. sigh she wasnt cheap.

I know three people that went Obama--2 old friends and 1 neighbor. I haven't discussed the last election with them--for one thing I don't see them very often at all--especially the two old friends. It's still early so they are most likely continuing to drink from the Obama well. The two old friends are probably the most likely to drink it the longest.

To put it nicely, I don't know why these people are so ignorant. I don't know why we are immune from it. I'm definitely not saying I could never be duped, but the left is so transparent, you would think that even people that aren't paying full attention would see it. The information is out there. Obama was a known quantity. None of this is a surprise.

I'm glad I work where I do, I deliver auto parts. All of us are against Obama and are strong libertarian/conservatives. One time when things were slow, all of us were discussing how the Bamster is going to screw us over. Tell you the truth, my politics helped me a bit, the manager is very conservative/libertarian and a Marine. I joked that if I had to, I could raise an army of a few Marines, many auto mechanics (almost all of our mom and pop mechanics don't like the Bamster either), and a whole boatload of motorcycle Harley biker types (they don't like him either, they just want to be left alone).

I keep thinking of that 1984 MacIntosh commercial where it might take a young lady/man, or even a middle aged one to run down the isle with a huge sledgehammer and toss it at a TV screen with the Bamster on it to break the spell. I remember Apple claimed why "1984 will not be like 1984" but unfortunately, "2009 will be like 1984."

BTW, I get irritated when Chris Matthews feels a warm tingle down his leg when he sees the Bamster. I know what it is, it’s sciatica, comes with middle age.
