I could hear the anger in Dan Schorr’s voice as he was witnessing the power of being an editor slip away. This is why I listen to NPR. What a great time to be alive!

Oh, we're much better off listening to qualified, unbiased, professional news people like Dan Rather, Katie Couric, Steffie Stephanopoulos, Chris Matthews, etc................

That’s what surprised me, too. It seems everything in his life leads back to Watergate or his leak to the Village Voice. He usually does not miss the opportunity to bring them up since he’s never moved on. Nothing new to see/hear here.
