Thanks to the folks at MofoPolitics.com for reminding us of that moment in history when Ronald Reagan was thrust upon the national stage.

“It occurs to me having just watched this,” Mofo said, “that Barack Obama isn’t regarded as so charismatic and articulate because he is so charismatic and so articulate, but because he is so charismatic and so articulate in comparison to those politicians he has had the good fortune to run against.”

No fancy production values. No special effects. No overpaid speech writers. Just Ronald Reagan being Ronald Reagan.

Reagan always put the American people and America first. It was about the people and this great country. The goodness of the people and the good that Americans can do.

With Obama it is all about Obama. It is all about how certain wealthy American or Americans or businesses in the private sector are evil.

Imagine his sadness at seeing what the fraud is doing. This image is clickable if you want to see the teleprompter dictator in training mocked. (See it before the censorship hits!)

Reagan would take one look at Obama and laugh then say: Barrack Obama, you sir are no president!

We are living in a Stephen King novel these days.

Reagan was the last good man in politics.

The Heritage Foundation plays clips of the Gipper every day during the Sean Hannity radio show. Reagan offered hope and confidence that we could be freer with LESS government and that government WAS the problem. All the zero does is tell us that our lives are meaningless without government and that government is the solution to all problems.

Everyone over the age of 12 knows that one of the biggest lies in the world is, “I’m from the government and I’m here to help.”

My husband was enraged this weekend when he heard one of the Democrat strategists on TV compare Obama to Reagan.

Does anyone know if the teleprompter was even around in 1964?

Obama wants to be like Reagan

It'll never be possible. President Reagan was a was an orator - an accomplished speaker and communicator.

Resident Obama is an average reader.

It was invented in the 50's. Computer driven stuff in the 80's.

Someone needs to politely tell this president: it’s not how Reagan said what he said: it’s the content: And he is no Ronald Reagan holding onto tired socialist rhetoric.
