Can't say I blame the office for freaking out over an "unknown substance".
That said, this is freaking hilarious stuff!
Go Tea Partys, Go!
WMUR New Hampshire reports:
MANCHESTER, N.H. -- An envelope with a suspicious substance in it was sent to U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter's Manchester office on Wednesday.
Shea-Porter's staff notified Manchester police when they received the suspicious envelope. Officials were able to determine that the substance was green tea and had been sent as a protest.
There was a return address on the envelope, and police spoke to the sender. Police said the sender showed a lack of judgment but didn't mean to cause alarm. The same person sent similar letters to U.S. Rep. Paul Hodes, U.S. Sen. Judd Gregg and U.S. Sen. Jeanne Shaheen.
Shea-Porter was in Washington, D.C., when the envelope arrived.

Send the tag and keep the tea.
LOL / Awesome.
Maybe the “send tea” idea actually WILL make a difference.
Send all the tea bags you want, the Libs in Congress will probably present a statement thanking you for all the tea, it was thoughtful of you. I’m sure those jerks are laughing it off. If you want change to come to Washington, you have to change everyone one sitting there. Make 2010 the year for real change, get the connected ones out.

Now you’re making the assumption that our votes actually count. Is that a valid assumption? (Please consider the MASSIVE & MULTI-STATE voter registration fraud committed by ACORN, also consider the “we found a box of ballots” scenario that shows up suspiciously often.)
Afraid of some little ol thing that looks like pot?
Oooooh, that’s scary.
Carol Shea Porter...is she the dipstick who wore the bathrobe into the well to give her 3-minute talk?
She opened the envelope, rolled a doobie, then lit it ... and it tasted so bad she freaked out!
