An electorate that elected and then reelected Bill Clinton and then eight years later elects Barack Obama has me worried.

I suppose it’s related to the utter degradation of the media and the academy that’s occured in my life time. Miseducated and misinformed voters are the cancer on the body politic.

This site is dedicated to providing moderate-right opinions,

What would be "moderate right' about Obama? He was the most left wing president in our nations history.

Rush is right with his description of "moderates".

My Position on Obama Has Changed

Mine has not.
As an American I fully understand that a Socialist has no business being President of a free Nation.
As I see no reason that Obama’s disdain for America and its Constitution will change I see no reason to beleive my position on Obama will change.

My only change in thinking about Obama is that I no longer have the slightest hope that I might have been wrong about him and he could have surprised all of us by being a good President. Now my only hope is that he becomes an albatross around the neck of the democrats without dragging the country down with it.

support Obama's attempts to strengthen our essential financial services industry.

Aka bailouts. Basically the process of taking taxpayer dollars and pouring them into insolvent ratholes until the credit of the United States has been exhausted and we collapse into hyperinflation or sky high interest rates or both. No thanks.

Are the ‘crazies’ on the right those of us who didn’t need an extra few months to know what this guy was all about?

All you have to do to understand why Obama, or any generic affirmative action DemonRAT candidate has a built in advantage running for office is to listen to Sean Hannity’s man on the street interviews. The average “joe” or “jill” on the street embrace the idea that government should provide “cradle to grave” healthcare, child care, transportation, housing, and just about anything else that could be thought up. When asked about how the “from each according to their need, from each according to their ability” made sense, the majority thought that was great. Of course the reasons why people embrace Marxist ideology are probably varied, I believe the primary reason is twofold. First, we are seeing the results of five decades of social programming. From the education establishment, to Hollywood, and through government that embellish the ideas or moral relativism, collectivism, and a host of other subtle but insidious liberal dogma that promote the nonsense that all ideas and beliefs are equal, and that personal responsibility and ambition are, if not evil, at least suspicious.
Second, we have been living in the ever increasing era of “instant gratification” that predisposes people to succumb to schemes, scams and politicians that promise an easy or quick solution to all our needs.
The electorate is lazy, uneducated and impatient. Therefore they are easy pickings for smooth talking empty suits and their Communist puppet masters.

I personlaay do not care what an obama supporter or as they say, a former obama supporter thinks.

It is too late now. They stuk us with the bastard. Let them enjoy him. In fact, the only thing I despise more than ob ama. is the stupid idiots and parasites that inflicred him on me. I do not need or want their sympathy and as far as I am concerned , they can go straight to hell.
