Campus Feminists Protest Pro-Life Clinics
by: Bethany Stotts, April 15, 2009
April 13th was the National Crisis Pregnancy Center Protest Day, an initiative designed by the Feminist Majority Foundation. As part of a take action agenda, the George-Soros-funded FMF encouraged students to
contact their Campus Health Center and if it refers students to a local CPC, urge them to stop or, at a minimum, to disclose that these facilities are NOT comprehensive healthcare providers and that they do not provide services such as abortion, family planning, condoms or birth control;
Have your group demand a CPC-free campus! Kick CPC ads off campus. If your paper refuses, call attention to the false and deceptive advertising practices of CPCs and write an article about the nearby CPC for the campus newspaper;
Hold a pro-choice rally outside the CPC located nearest to your campus; and
sign a petition in favor of the REAL Act, which promotes abstinence-plus sex education.
(FMF received $555,000 from the Open Society Institute (OSI) between October 2000 and December 2003, according to public documents).
In response to FMFs campaign, Students for Life of America urged students to counter the foundations efforts by volunteering at local CPCs, advertis[ing] the resources your local CPC offers on campus, holding diaper drives, or inviting the local CPC director to talk on campus.
FMF argues that since pregnancy crisis centers dont offer the choice for abortion services, they are fake clinics. They advertise on your campus or in your community with various names, such as Crisis Pregnancy Centers and Pregnancy Resource Centers among others. They pose as comprehensive womens health clinics for crisis pregnancies, but offer no abortion services or referrals, and no birth control options, assert materials released by FMF...

“Choice” is good, but some choices are better than others.
(Paraphrasing George Orwell)
They aren’t pro-feminist. They wouldn’t support Planned Parenthood and places that are PRO-RAPE and that run unlicensed back alley abortion clinics.
PP is pro-rape (A) because rape brings them business and provides them political cover, (B) because they engage in criminal conspiracy to pressure minors to lie about the rape and say it was consensual and that their partner was also of legal age.
It isn’t about women. It’s about killing babies and making money.
Big *BUMP* and >DITTO<
btw, Welcome to FR, and LOVE your tagline! :)
It does seem that they are basing their “freedom” on the right to kill another humbn being.
well, they are pro choice
but only if it’s the choice they think the chooser should choose
why doesn’t this mentality cease at the age of 8 or 9?
For them, the only choice is murder.
What started out as a race-based population control organization has turned into a profitable business of murdering without distinction for race, age of the mother, or circumstance that led to the pregnancy.
Planned Parenthood still notes racial characteristics in abortion demand. Recall too the callers who asked if they could target their donations to minority neighborhoods for racist reasons. Planned Parenthood staff were okay with that.
It is clear that babies are a human from the time that they are conceived. They need to stop screwing around. If I am talking to a Pro-death person, I always ask them about Sparta, and what they think about that, leaving their inadequate babies out to die. More often then they say that they are disgusted by the cruelty or something along those lines. So, leaving your kid to die is awful, but grinding them up or sticking a pair of scissors in their little heads is fine? That makes allot of sense. God is gonna punish us for this.
You mean the radical fang-toothed feminazis don’t really support choice? You mean they want to shut down anyone who doesn’t bow down to their self-loathing death wish? I’m shocked! Shocked!
I haven’t seen any campus feminists lately; I consider myself lucky for that. They still the same gang of dateless ugly chicks they used to be? Who would get one of them pregnant anyway, why are they concerned about abortion?
Making any “choice” other than abortion
makes “had-aborts” feel (RIGHTFULLY) guilty.
Oh yeah... I forgot about that sneaky tape.
