I was wondering because then she started saying that other articles were part of a hoax and I saw no hoax and I wasn’t going to say anything not knowing but the constand crap she says or puts out just made me think twice when I saw it again tonight so I thought I better warn others.

This freeper is a bit eccentric in his/her posting style, that’s for sure. But JerseyHighlander has been around here for a long time, and is not a troll as far as I can see from a quick review of posting history. I wouldn’t sweat it.

They have been a poster since 1999.
Their posting history doesn’t seem abnormal and their interests seem similar to the link they sent you.
It, on the surface, appears a little strange, but I can’t draw any solid conclusions.
It seems likely that their request was sincere.
I wouldn’t worry about it.

Well..., some people are weird. Some people think you are weird (happens to all of us... LOL...)
Some people think I’m weird (even if I don’t think so...).
What can I say... ??
But, aside from the weirdness, I don’t see a good reason to post something for someone else. That doesn’t make sense... :-)

Well, I can’t remember ever asking someone to post something for me. And I don’t recall anyone asking me to do that for them.
Besides, if I wanted to get something out there on Free Republic and I wasn’t going to be able to respond for a while and would be “offline”, I would post it and then close by saying I would be away for a few days and would have to get back later... (no big deal...).
So, I really don’t know...

Hell, I think *you’re* weird too. In fact I think *I’m* weird. Come to think of it, most of my posting FRiends are weird.
Now that I’ve mulled it over for a moment, I think weirdness is almost a prerequisite for the “night crew” around here.

I also reviewed her posts and found her to be quite astute and interested in economic policy.
Several posters claimed that article was a hoax and I believe that the assessment of the banks in that article was a bit harsh. Perhaps a “crisis” valuation of the banks gives cover to the Obama administration nationalization campaign?

Could be she/he simply mistyped the name or misread the name she was FRemailing.
