Hillary is so incredibly naive that even the Pakistanis are running circles around her. What is happening right now is clearly a set up job by the military, who are letting the Taliban do the dirty work of punishing the annoying citizens, like lawyers, who made things hard for the military.
In short order, the city people will be sick of being terrorized by rural fanatics, and will beg the army to depose the weakling central government and kick seven bells out of the Taliban.
