President Obama and Congressional Democrats, in order to please their constituency, must nominate a Supreme Court Justice who is female and who is African American, because Whites, Jews, Catholics, Protestants and Men, have been over represented among the Supremes for nearly 200 years. Gays, as far as we know, have been overlooked so the nominee will also have to be "out."

Must be harder to look at than (Since I am a conservative gentleman, I decline to say as there are multitudes of liberal Dem women who, well you know. . .
Must have been past president of the ACLU
Must have been past president of National Organization of Women
Must have been born a man but later switched to something else
Must know the difference between sex and gender
Must have sued at least 10,000 people during law career
Must have halted 1,000,000 children, or more, from praying in school
Must consider this blog a hate crime
Must have served as Bishop in the Episcopal Church
Must have sent 10,000 innocent men to prison
Must have large portrait of Karl Marx in office

Probably not. If Obama plans to put Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick on the court he won't do at it this time and he won't nominate another African-American this time either because that would make it harder to get Patrick in later.
If Obama wants a Black man on the court at some point, the woman he nominates now won't be Black. Of course, if he doesn't plan on putting an African-American man on the court any time soon, he might well go with an African-American woman now.

The chances of a while male nominee are zero.
She has to be a woman, perhaps gay, defintely liberal, perhaps with significant experience as a judge, member of an ethnic minority besides black is preferred, has done legal work for the ACLU, NOW, and/or Children’s Defense Fund. And it would help if she had been an attorney in a lawsuit on a politically correct cause such as abortion rights, or the tobacco lawsuits, or healthcare for the indigent.
This could be a fun game. List all the possible criteria that the Obamabots will look for, and then see how many characteristics the eventual nominee actually has.
My money is on Sotomayor: Hispanic, Female and Leftist. It’s a trifecta!
