The issue of Obama’s birth certificate and his actual place of birth refuses to die – only because, for some reason, he refuses to take the simple step of releasing this document, and he strenuously opposes any attempt to gain access to this document. Why?
Why does a man who compromises our nation’s security by releasing documents and photographs detailing secret interrogation techniques – refuse this straight-forward request?

Clearly, given the nature of the request, not only in this suit, but various others, there is NOTHING FRIVOLOUS about this matter. Clearly, Obama is trying to intimidate this attorney. This is a terrible miscarriage of justice, an abuse of power, a blatant example of total irresponsibility on the part of the DNC and the FEC, if not criminal in nature, and a blatant affront to Constitutional law, and the people that law is supposed to protect.
I can’t understand this...there has to be someone who knew him in the country he was born in, if not him personally, a relative. What if someone offered money, a reward so to speak.
I just can’t believe that no one in his native country will come forward. Perhaps they’ve been threatened? Or perhaps, Zero made mention that if he gets the POTUS, that special favors would be shown...who knows!

Apparently the birth certificate has company now that the photos from the Air Force one photoshoot are missing in action.

No worries. Those “missing” photos of Kenya Donkey’s New York fly-over adventure will show up during the 2011 election cycle. They’ll probably superimpose his horse-face on the Statue of Liberty.
We should be proud of the brave, patriotic Americans pursuing this matter. Ya bet the little stalin is an Indonesian citizen, born, wherever, even in Hawaii.

After all the flight was a “photo shoot for publicity”. Seems like the public would have a right to see the photos we paid a half million dollars for.
Having tried to use a forged CoLB to ‘prove’ he is Hawaiian born, if O bow ma were to release the documents in HI vaults his criminal behavior would be confirmed. Nothing can be allowed to cause the truth of this affirmative action fraud to come to the public. Even a member of the military bringing suit can not be allowed to go to prosecution of the military personnel because the defense of said military member would cause discovery of the vault materials.

Not sure, since various suits have gone to the SCOTUS and they have refused to hear ANY of them (to my knowledge). Certainly this situation belies a government FOR AND BY THE PEOPLE.
