Rachel Maddow celebrates another reversal of a Bush policy.
Certainly Maddow, who runs no risk of becoming pregnant the "natural way" (that requires actual intercourse with a man, of which clearly Maddow knows nothing), lacks any qualifications to be discussing sex.
She should take some advice from Bristol Palin who is strong enough and experienced enough to admit her mistake, yet mature enough to live with the consequences.
Bristol, 18, was announced on Tuesday as teen ambassador for the Candie's Foundation, a sex awareness group, and the following day gave television interviews and spoke at a town hall meeting in New York. Wednesday was National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.
Bristol said: "I feel that I could be a living example of the consequences of teen pregnancy. [If] I can prevent even one girl from getting pregnant, I will feel a sense of accomplishment."

I tried to watch this woman’s show once. I couldn’t make it past 5 minutes. She is stupid and not humorous at all.
Rachel Maddow looks like a boy. I know that is not politically correct, but, why does she want to look that way?
We haven’t had a TV in the house for 14 years.
I don’t see too many clips of the news, except the occassional post of video, here and there.
It is so weird to see stuff like this with the corny “scrub graphics” and the Olbermanesque cadence of Maddow’s delivery.
It is absolutely surreal compared to where I broke off with the evening news, which was probably Brokaw and Peter Jennings.

Programs that have been proven effective? Riiight. Like the SIECUS programs that were pushed on public schools, and that encouraged an explosion in teenage pregnancy starting in the 80's and continuing today.
