Wrong, the people who left the Repubs are looking for alternatives to the current choices. They ain’t going over to the Dems, believe me.
Agreed, they are too busy trying to win popularity contest instead of fixing the problems that got us here. But to do that, you have to identify the problem first, they will not do that.
The Conservative platform is very simple, lower taxes, small government and individual responsibility. All of the issues fall in line when those basics are adhered to.
When they are properly articulated over the head of the enemedia, the majority of the Country will follow in the majority. I don't believe for a second in "moderates", look where it has gotten us.
The only people espousing that philosophy is our opponents, why on earth would you listen to them let alone take their advice on how to win?
Amen!.
As I posted in my response to Kansas58, the Conservative party basic issues of less taxes, small government and individual responsibilities appeals to the majority of the Country when articulated over the heads of the media.
If those basics are adhered to, all of the other "issues" fall in line. The basic principles work because they are a solid foundation, and for some reason the GOP cannot grasp that.
How are you fighting Democrats?
:::::::::::
Certainly not by supporting the Republican Party blindly.
I am in constant communications with the FEW in the party that still care about America First. I am working with them to get awareness and the vote out for America....and not for self-serving Washington pols who have let this country sink into the horrid abyss of radical socialism and political thuggery that it is in.
And that is just for openers.
And how did Republicans get to be a "institutional minority"?
The Bush Presidents moderation of ignoring their base voters and playing go along and get along with the Democrats was the key to "institutional minority".
Now the moderate Republicans want to repeat the disasters under the Bush Presidents on a bigger scale - No Thanks!
>Please aim some fire at the Dems, would you?
I do - I don’t vote for them, either.
Fortunately for the dems, their Senators do not think like many here. - They filibuster and Bork.
And end up with far left liberals on the court, even in a GOP controlled senate.
