Anyone inclined to gamble a political future on opposing Sonia Sotomayor’s Supreme Court nomination should take heed: this round is one of those times when you’ve got to know when to fold ‘em. Barring the discovery of a major skeleton in her closet, Sotomayor has a lock on the Supreme Court seat.

But like Rush said, she needs to be fought and exposed for the policies and beliefs she shares with our President!! The confirmation hearing coverage is the only way the media will be forced to shed a light on Obama himself, and show the country whom they elected!!
A strong focus on the Constitution would be good. A look at why some racists are perceived as good and some are perceived as bad would be nice, too.
