Tom Brokaw said what???
Comparing the actual atrocities committed against the Jews during the Holocaust with the imagined atrocities committed on the Palestinians by the state of Israel is the strategy of Jew- and Israel-haters worldwide. The offensive example of moral equivalency has been one of the modi operandi for demonizing and delegitimizing Israel througout its 60-year existence.
But apparently its more mainstream than we want to admit. On Thursday, while interviewing Barack Obama about his trip to Buchenwald concentration camp, NBCs Tom Brokaw asked this inane question [h/t Hot Air via NewsBusters]: What can the Israelis learn from your visit to Buchenward and what should they be thinking about their treatment of Palestinians?
To which Obama replied: Well, look, theres no equivalency here.

Tommie has gone bye-bye......
He REALLY has. His comment after the ‘coronation’ concerning the ‘bigots in the South’ was from another planet. He CLEARLY doesn’t seem to get out of NY (or away from his libtard social circle) very much.
Aricept candidate, for sure.

If there’s aANY comparison it’s the anti Jewish genocide campaign by Islamists (fascists then, fascists now).
What can the world learn from not acting soon enough to fascists genocide vis-a-vis Hamas/Ahmadinejad "wiping off map" ideology?
Brokejaw always was a mental midget. It bugs me that these teleprompter-readers make such big bucks and think they really understand something.
Agreed. The man is a ‘dinosaur’ waiting to have a last gasp, much like ABC, NBC, and CBS.
