The way ethanol makes a good "alternative fuel" if gasoline is taxed to $10 a gallon.
The way Universal Medicaid, just be an option among many, will be the option of choice when the bully government makes sure no business can afford to provide private insurance, or just deliberately bankrupts the competition.
