Those who have their home destroyed in
states that have tornados, hurricanes, floods, fires, earthquakes, etc, if you don’t like FEMA, set up a tent
in the rubble and shut up.
Point is, no one like government in the middle but there does come a time.

That is the thing. It is the tax payers money that was taken in buy the GOV. At least in this case, most of the time, it goes to the deserving. I can't argue that, especially when I saw entire towns of hard working people in Southern Mississippi wiped out a few years ago.

I live in Eagle, (on the Yukon). Residents who lost everything; houses completely crushed by ice then washed away; got 30 gran towards rebuilding. Appreciated, but for most part not nearly enough to replace what they had; still a start.
Palin flew in a few days after flood, jumped on 4 wheeler and rode out mud bog trail, winch time trail several miles to visit Indians out new village; high class for sure. Palin is the best gov I have ever seen in Ak. No photo shoot for Palin either, she stayed all day, and let everybody know how much she felt for them. The Indians, (typically Dems were impressed).
I first met Sarah back in 95, in Wasilla, she's the real deal and I hope she's our first woman pres; bring some honesty and ready to do the right thing in DC.
