That is no exageration. I remember well the moment during the campaign when I realized zero's level of ignorance. During a statement to the press - I don't recall the main topic - he referred to "the oil-rich Straits of Hormuz." Obviously he had just received a quick geography lesson from a staffer and had retained only a smattering of details and place names. He is no doubt quite familiar with Chicago precincts. Everything else is a haze.
